They utter you should drink more water. Has anybody truly tried it?

Is this just something that doctors utter, or has anyone out here actually tried it and, if so, did you really see or consistency any noticeable difference to your skin and standard health?

Secondly, when you started drinking more dampen, did you also start spending all sunshine on the loo?

drinking more made my skin very soft and clear and made me perceive less tired, chiefly in the afternoons. I also don't find sick as much.

Water is pretty much adjectives i drink in the day time. Have doen for years.
Couldn't say-so if it makes much difference to the skin etc but without a doubt feel better for person properly hydrated.

Yes, I drink a lot of sea all time long, and yes I pee a lot. But, not excessively. And I emphatically notice a difference near feeling hydrated. My skin doesn't procure as dry as it does when I don't drink a lot of marine. You just get the impression better.

Water is the best thing you can drink. Pretty much adjectives I drink is water and wine at dark. I feel deeply healthier and it keep me from feeling dry. Sodas and sweet tea are bad for your kidneys, and that make it hard for me to loo. So when I drink more sea I have no problem going to the loo and I quality better. Try drinking bottled water that's how I started enjoy water more.

I never used to drink water. I lived on soda BUT I have a kidney stone in 2003 and presently ALL I drink is water. I a short time ago feel in good health. I usually drink 2 bottles of 24 oz so that's equal to 48 oz ( a little smaller number than 8 glases a day) but well worth it.

I think the knob to drinking more water is to try sipping it throughout the daylight, don't just drink a cup of water stale at one gulp, that will go straight into the bladder and you will keep hold of running to the loo. If you sip it often, it will bit by bit be absorbed into your bloodstream and do you more worthy.

Have you heard of anyone doing this?

I go through a phase of always drinking fizzy drinks or liquid. When I started college I decided to enjoy a change and drank around 3 bottles of wet a day. It kept me hydrated and after something like two weeks my friends said how good my skin be looking :-) I think I'm gonna try it again, a bit resembling a detox for me. I don't drink as much water as i should but it really does work wonders for your skin. Although you will find yourself running to dance for a wee more often (which within way is in good health because you are cearing out your bladder and minimising rsk of infection) :-)
