Answers:
I have be taking prenatal vitamins for 7 years now and it have indeed helped my nail and hair. It have also helped my skin so that I don't enjoy a lot of issues near acne anymore.
And no I've never been pregnant. I found out from the pharmacist at my Wal-Mart (where I carry my prenatal vitamins over the counter) that a prenatal vitamin is the best for a woman to take. And even my dr told me that some of her other pregnant patients enjoy taken prenatals with well-mannered success.
When I first started taking prenatals I did so because I needed to help my curls. The skin and nails mortal helped be a secondary benefit for me.
Yes, awfully true, and they also promote iron rich blood and fertility.
Have you ever had a requisition while preg?
prenatal vitamins are FULL of all the day by day vitamins we need, more so than a regular vitamins so yes, they would give a hand with fleece and nail growth. But so will biotin and protein.
