Wear bra one size substandard than usual but at the same time which is comfortable to you. Try to wear dull shades of dresses because it gives the apparition of small size and makes u slim. Try doing some exercises.

If you want to lose weight consequently you could try doing so, but this doesn't always work. It depends on whether your breasts are made up of principally solid breast tissue or more fatty tissue.
Last year I lost 10 kilograms and yet I gain 3 full cup sizes. I went from a D to a G cup. The best possible solution is to lose as much counterweight as you need to if any and afterwards have Breast Reduction Surgery.
I have my operation 11 weeks ago and got reduced from a 34G to a 34DD and it be the best thing I could own ever done. I knew of no other solution as losing substance did not work for me. It is a very expensive procedure but it is by far the best item I have ever done.
