Medium Sized Bump?

Ok, on the outside of my vagina, about smaller quantity than a cm to the inside of my thigh on the top, is a medium sized, firm, purpleish reddish bump. It sort of looks similar to a big zit, but i can't pop it, and it hurts when i try, i have never have one of these before, it have been in that for about 2 days, please give a hand, is this normal? what is it? how can i acquire rid of it? PLEASE HELP!

It could be a clogged hair follicle, ingrown coat, a boil (big zit) and you may be aggravating it every time you pick at it.

Try to leave it alone.sleep within your b-day suit (give it time to be irritant free).keep it verbs & dry and it should go away within a few days.

ALSO as gross as it sounds...if you leave it alone it may come to a team leader BLAH! Apply hot compresses to it (hot wash cloth will do) and it will drain GROSS but it will turn away.
SERIOSLY try not to pick at it because it could get infected..

yeah i have that too, but it was more or less 2 inches below my underwear. it was approaching a big zit. and it went away within like a week. i tried to pop it but it made it worse and bigger, so i basically had to hang around it out. i still dont know what it was.
