Clear anal discharge?

For the past two to three months I hold been have this anal watery discharge. The color varys from clear to except wiped for a few hours a clear/grey color. After I poop the color change to yellow as if the poop have discolored it.
I have have anal sex in yesteryear and my partner and I have just been next to each other.
I enjoy also sat fully anal on his 8 inch penis. After that have happen this discharge started. And I enjoy had experienced the discharge earlier and it lasted for a few days next disappeared. When I do need to run to the toilet for poo nothing unusual has begin.
I also should mention I have muscle lowliness in common.
