No. That's baloney. Midol helps, and I hear that latest stuff with the sickening commercial "rub directly on your forehead, rub directly on your forehead, rub directly on your forehead". I can't remember the given name of the stuff, but they sell it over the counter at any drug store. Anyway, I hear that if you rub it right where your cramps are, it help a lot!! I'm buying some subsequent week. If you don't know what I'm talking around , ask a friend or the pharmacist. Let's keep our fingers crossed!! -L
