One of my ovaries is bigger than the other!?

I was contained by the hospital the other day as I have to go to the gynae clinic for a check up because finishing month I had an infection in my womb..so i be obviously asked to stir back only just to have a check up and see that everything be ok. The gynaecologist gave me a scan..she showed me my womb and said that everything be fine then she moved to my ovaries and said that one of them be bigger than the other, but then she go on to say that this is ok and that its zilch to worry around. What do yous think? She next went on to say-so that she wants me to jump and have a smear oral exam after i am finished my period(as I have my length at the moment)What does this mean? I hold never went for a smear until that time. Is there something wrong near me? Somebody please put my mind to rest.. Thank you!
