Birth Control and symptoms during your period?

Maybe an ultrasound is not adequate? Maybe your doctor should send you to an MRI? I would insist on that. Also I suggest you dance to a another specialist, I have no opinion whom you consulted but sometimes its good to enjoy another opinion but an MRI is a must.

After giving birth my interval is not normal?

does it move around a bit upon palpation? may be a lipoma. this is a fatty tumor. it is benign and will sometimes become reabsorbed by your body. if it get big and causes band of motion issues you can have it removed.
dont stress roughly speaking it because that is counter- productive, stress is enormously bad for you.
if they are not finding anything hang on to an eye on it and if it grows make another bureau visit.
clutch care, hope you resolve this soon!
