Express or pump some of the milk out. I always found appendage expression to be less raw than pumping when my breasts were engorged. Save the milk and freeze it for latter use!
There were times when I have to express 1-2 ounces before the babe-in-arms could even latch on. But don't worry, your supply will soon match out to meet your kid's needs.

What do most guys muse about inverted nipples?

A nice hot shower made them be aware of better. Then as the other person wrote, pump or nurture baby. There's wispy at the end of the tunnel- it won't be a constant point as long as baby is consumption on a regular schedule.
