Bad cramps are repeatedly caused by a bit of shed uterine inside layer blocking the cervical exit, or the cervix's opening self too small for the rate of menstrual flow. It's not unusual for cramps and lower-than-usual blood pressure to go mitt in foot, which could be why you feel lacklustre. Move around a bit before you stand, if you're pale headed.
Mild exercise can help--nothing super-athletic, simply a short, brisk walk. Heat applied to the tummy helps, whether it's a heat pad, one of those thermal pad which produces chemical heat, or an herbal remedy which produces steam.
Hot drinks (tea, cocoa) may also relax the uterus (and its owner) enough to wellbeing cramps. An orgasm, by any means, is almost other helpful, even though that may be the later thing on your mind. When the uterus contracts in orgasm, it may expel the blocking tissue and/or rather a bit of menstrual flow.
For me, two things made cramps worse: tampons or a hot bath. Menstrual flow slows or stops when you're immersed contained by water (for some, even within the shower).
FWIW, once you have a kid, cramps tend to be much less severe.

I'm not a typical being to drink pills. Everytime i have cramps i do sit up at lowest 25.. It contracts your muscle to contract and it tighten your uterus walls.... its very informative try it.....Girlfriends vagina is not tight?
Magnesium supplements can help the cramping.Also the herb crampbark.
Put a facewasher or similar size cloth in warm-hot castor grease or linseed/flaxseed oil and place it over your belly. cover next to clingwrap (for protection of clothing). put a hot water bottle or hot wheat daypack on top and lie down and try to relax.
