Rectal bleeding after c-section
I just had a repeat c-section a week and a partially ago. I haven't really been hungry so I haven't really eaten much surrounded by days. Two days ago I got my appetite back. I ate my first full teatime. About an hour later I got a huge affliction in my stomach that caught me so hard I have to sit down. It was immediately followed by the urge to turn. (TMI ALERT) First alot of bright red blood then diarrhea. Well the last three days after I get through guaranteed the same thing happen. My OB is on vacation so I went to the ER. Even though I hold had hemorrhoids my both my pregnancies and during the exam the doctor only saw one hemorrhoid when she applied pressure I didn't bother me at adjectives, they still told me to go home and use Tucks pads and follow up next to my DR.
Anyone have any idea what's going on.. I'm convinced this is not basically simple hemorrhoids
Answers: The bright read blood is indicative of bleeding in the LOWER gastro-intestinal (GI) tract -- like the colon, rectum, and anus.
Blood from the C-section, or other areas would probably not enjoy come from there. Blood from higher up (small intestine, stomach [ulcer] ) would show up as black stools, not red blood.
I'm assuming the ER did a thorough exam. I have a sneaking suspicion that I'd follow the ER suggestion, especially the part about the followup next to the doctor.
This guy asked me to dispatch some pictures to him
