Im on ortho-evra. i change the patch weekly, all right ,about 3 days into the week, the edges of the patch are loose and adjectives linty from my pants! is nearby any way to avoid that? and i cant put the patch on my arms. thanks

When you put the patch on, hold your thaw out hand over it for a few minutes and it is also a well-mannered idea to use the blow dryer over it a few second every day after you draw from out of the shower. Works for me. I don't use birth control patch but hormone patch after hysterectomy.
