It is the oestrogen within your body that causes weightiness gain. American farmers are allowed to add oestrogen to their cattle nurture so that the cattle gain weight faster. Fortunately we do not make a payment oestrogen to the cattle food in Europe. Oestrogen make happen the same effect on humans if we are oestrogen dominant we cannot lose shipment permanently but will yo-yo between mortal too heavy and our “target weight”

From the John R Lee “menopause” book

“ If you own had a hysterectomy and are struggling next to the side effects of synthetic hormones replacement therapy, ask your doctor to use organic hormones. I have my patients wean them selves sour HRT by gradually (over a spell of three to four months) reducing their dosage, while at the same time using progesterone cream. In those fundamentally few women who still have hot flashes or vaginal dryness, I impart them some oestrogen cream, usually oestriol, to use intra-vaginally for a few months, and they are then competent to taper off.

Oestrogen cause breast growth and the breasts are largely made up of fat. It depends on the individual, but they may dampen if you have smaller quantity estrogen in your body.

I would close to to suggest that you do the on line hormone test at www.hormoneprofile.com or www.johnleemd.com

If they recommend you obtain hormones please hold a saliva test done see www.npis.info or www.salivatest.com.

A saliva test will check out live hormones something that blood tests do not.

If a hormone is suggested by the saliva audition please take the dose suggested for you. Size 10 shoes are not twice as honest if you have size 5 foot.

If you get the "full spectrum", 4 tubes, saliva audition they may advise you that you don't requirement testosterone. They are the experts I am not, I am making suggestions where you should look to give a hand yourself. Hopefully in a nice demeanour (If not let me know :-) )

The WHO (World Health Organisation) uses saliva test.

A transcript of a John Lee talk - this explains why for hormones a blood exam is worthless..

Blood tests find hormones but they are the one on their course out of the body. They are not the active hormone level.

One woman's search for the cure for her bug 1997 revised 2002
http://www.ylcf.org/hormone-imbalance/01... - 33.htm yes about 30 curious pages

http://www.ylcf.org/hormone-imbalance/06... lists the things that may take place due to hormone imbalance

If you want a second opinion I'd suggest one of the doctors on the www.npis.info enumerate. Also on this site there other women's stories.

If you prod elsewhere on the web for “natural progesterone” or “natural progesterone breast” you may come across lots stories.

At www.hormoneprofile.com there is rather a bit of information on how hormones work. The “pink card” is also there showing when to cart them

The books are available on Amazon uk, it is easier to find the info there than browsing the net.

Hope this helps ..
