Resistance training helps alot. Coming from a woman near D cups, I can tell you have strong pectorals under your breasts help keep them from flabby.
Resistance training is usually in the form of using a resistaband. It looks like a tacky jump rope made out of rubber and have two handles at the appendage. You hang it up on a door and verbs down and back as if using a shipment machine. Doing reps of 25x5 you can increace the strength in your pectorals. also if your sitting down watching t.v try squeezing your breasts together for a few times. Not really as breasts are mostly made up of fatty tissue and not muscles.
