Complete Miscarriage at 5 weeks?

6 days ago, I found out I had a miscarriage. I didn't only just cramp, had a moment or two bit of bleeding, when the bleeding got heavier, I go to the ER and found out I miscarried. Within a few days, the bleeding had completely stopped, and I consistency 100% better now. Does this stingy I had a complete miscarriage? How do I put in the picture for sure? I did pass some clot looking bits and pieces, a little bit, when my bleeding be heavier. Thanks!
