First time have sex, when should i see a gyno?

No there shouldn't be a problem. The clots are still incompletely fluid and have fluid surrounding them. As very well, they're typically pretty small (the size of 1/2 of an eraser or smaller) so they're going to stick to the tampon and come out when you remove the tampon.

You should change your tampon as recurrently as you need to, to control the flow. But never sign out your tampon in longer than 8 hours.

Tampons work very well and no, the clots won't stay up there and block the blood. I prefer to use a tampon and a wad when I have a hard to digest flow. There was one caring of tampon that did cause toxic shock syndrome but they stopped making it. You will be capable of tell when you obligation to change your tampon. That is the source I wear a small pad surrounded by case of escape.

The clots won't clog you up, if that's what you are worried about. They procure pulled against the tampon and get stuck to it. They come out when you remove the tampon. I try to variation mine about every 4 hours.
