Reason for getting breast cancer?

Hi, I'm a 22 years old girl. I've be having this backache in my right breast since around 5 months. It starts some days before the period and ends as the period ends. But it's severe simply in the right breast and at hand seems to be some class of lump there too, which is throbbing, so my doctor has asked me to take USG of breast done on Monday. I'm fearing that it might be breast cancer or something and I be wondering what can cause me breast cancer? I don't drink/smoke/not undergo any HRT etc. What are the other causes of breast cancer? Also, I read roughly speaking the symptoms like inverted nipples or dimpling in breast or blood coming out of nipple etc. Are these hasty symptoms or symptoms of a developed cancer? I'm quite worried right very soon. Please help.
