I have a typical apple shape. tapered legs, arms but I have solid on my tummy area. I hold started running alot.?

I have started running everyday give or take a few one hour. is this enough to procure rid of the fat or is at hand a certain type of diet that women near apple shapes should follow?

I guess that running is a terrible choice.
You don't enjoy the muscles to support running. You will hurt your joints eventually.
The best course to correct the apple shape is to build muscle. Resistence training. Weights. And walking, a lot.
Then, avoid white flour & sugar, and alcohol.

You didn't obtain to be an apple overnight, and it won't change overnight.. but you can effect exchange. You need bigger muscles and smaller quantity sugar (in all it's forms). Congrats on getting going on this!
