Hand Sanitizer on the Vagina?

Okay I have the craziest friend ever... She gat blade burn on her vaginal area, and she have a yeast infection. She says she rubs Hand Sanitizer on it (the cut-throat burn) because it makes it have a feeling better, she says the thought of her have a yeast infection and it getting any where implicit the razor burn freaks her out. So she rubs it on it to verbs it I guess... What could this do? Could it hurt her in some bearing? What could come of this? I know its a crazy question.

For razor burn I regard you can give simply antiseptic cream to prevent infection but don't use hand sanitizer because it contains alcohol which will dry your "private area" skin.
