Exercises for problem areas.?

I know that targetting areas is not possible but I be wondering what type of weightlifting I could do for my lats, lower abs, obliques and inner thighs. I know about lat pulldowns; what is the proper form and bulk? I don't want to get bulky; only just look great in my swimsuit.

Just do the nitty-gritty (sit-ups, push-ups, and jogging). I started doing this last dark, and I look skinnier (I think I even go from from size 18 slim to 18 extra slim, lol).
