How do so abundant women blame an ineffective "pill" for their pregnancy when it is 99.9% effective?

I have certain several women who have have unwanted pregnancies while on hormonal contraceptives or using condoms. Are they just idiots using it incorrectly? When they do controlled medical studies, are the pregnancy rates 0?

I have my first period at age 16Does that be determined it could take longer for me to find pregnant?

The pill...in CLINICAL studies (i.e., PERFECT circumstances) is around 98% effective (+/- 1%). This funds that IF the pill is taken EVERY day, at EXACTLY one and the same time, and there are no drug interactions, after yes, the pill is VERY effective. But this is where on earth the capacity for human error enter the equation. The pill in REAL, EVERYDAY usage is more around the 94% inventory (or 6 pregnancies per 100 users per year).

The error occurs from using antibiotics and not using backup contraception. Or from taking St. John's Wort (which significantly decrease the efficacy). Or from skipping two or more pills and not using backup contraception. And even though TECHNICALLY you should be able to pilfer the pill without high regard to time, taking it at varying times of day can effect the reliability by 1/2 of 1%.

So, no. Women are NOT idiots. The pill a moment ago has a LOT of things that can bring it to be less powerful...including human error.

As for condoms, the CLINICAL rates of usage are about 95% efficacy, and REAL LIFE is nearly 80%. Condoms have an even larger edge for error...not using them consistantly probably accounts for 90% of unplanned pregnancies, but slippage, tearing and defective manufacturing can be blamed for a unprejudiced number of UP's.

For the ladiesOur first time?

my sister never missed a pill took it on time and she still get pregnant

How to reduce the thigh butter?

Taking it even a little tardy can cause allow a pregnancy.

However - it isn't the "women" using the condoms. So it wouldn't be them that are the "idiots". It go both ways.

Ok i just started my time for the 1st time ever and.?

The pill has a perfect-use flop rate of 0.3%, if they got pregnant they aren't using it correctly. Possibly cause by improper dosage.

Very Depressed? What To Do?

number one...we are not idiots...i have my last child 18 yrs ago and i be on the pill.lo-overal28...took it every day similar to i should.and still had my length every month for 3 months. funny thing be i had a dream that i be pregnant..called my mother contained by law and told her something like mmy dream...she said i was preg..i hung up on her...she call me back and said give somebody a lift the test.. i did and i be. had to travel through alot of tests...everything be fine. it does happen.

I own pain lower than my right breast, I guess it would be near my rib shut within. What could it be from?

In a perfect quantifiable environment, the pill has a dead loss rate of .03%. However, people are never within a perfect medical environment. Being sick, like vomiting and/or diarreah, or an drinking disorder like bulimia or laxative harm can keep the pill from man absorbed because it is any thrown up or eliminated back it is absorbed by your body.

In assimilation, a person's counterbalance also effects the efficacy of the pill. The pill has the lowest amount of hormones ever, (compared next to older version of the pill) which is good because it medium less gloomy side effects like blood clots and crazy mood swings. However, a study not long published that I read said if you are overweight or obese, those low dose hormones are not going to be as efficient for them as someone who weigh 100 or 125 pounds. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned your weight might be an issue and ALWAYS run your pill at the same time. Again because the pill is such a low dose of hormones, your body can not bar time fluctuations and still protect against pregnancy.
