How to reduce the thigh butter?

since i have 6-hrs of class every week year.i have to sit continously for per advocate that lasts for 1 and a partially hr...which's a big time...iam afraid that the continous sitting act might result into increasing of my thigh region...pls suggest me some adjectives tips as to how maintain a proper counterbalance without increase in the thigh mass,,,
thats obviious i cant cogitate of cutting my classes...any other tip as to how fall this fear

ummm, women store tubby in their hips, thighs, butt and boobs, guys store it contained by their stomch. women are supposed to have thicker thighs. Why do you adjectives complain about it so much, I ponder it's hot as long as you're not obese or anything. I love it when girls wear those khaki short shorts and their thighs fill up the entire leg first. yum
