Why am I hungry almost every two hours?

EVERYTIME I EAT IN ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER I'M HUNGRY AGAIN AND IT FEELS LIKE I'M STARVING LIKE I HAVEN'T EATEN ANYTHING ALL DAY WHAT DOES IT MEAN?.. NO I'M NOT PREGNANT EITHER!

I know what you're going through, this used to happen to me adjectives the time. I suggest trying eating more fiber...it keep you fuller. Thomas makes these English Muffins that are just 100 calories and have 1/3 of the RDA of fiber. I sometimes will put away a package of oatmeal, or lug Fiber Choice Fiber tablets...all of these enjoy helped me stay fuller longer. Hope this help!~

It could be a mindset type of thing. If you know that you are getting sufficient calories for your metabolism, after you might want to try to cultivate that feeling.

If it's accompany by lightheadedness or headaches though, afterwards you might not be getting enough calories, and really requirement to eat.

By the opening, eating every two hours can be very hygienic if you are having small vigorous little "mini-meals." Like yogurt, fruit, or a muffin, small meals can sustain you.

Sometimes I confuse the hunch of "I could eat," next to the feeling "I'm famished!" Eating small meal never leaves you feeling full, but, contained by truth, I'm rarely ever really hungry any. I get plenty calories each year.

Have your blood sugar tested; you need to rule out diabetes.
Did this simply start? Other symptoms of diabetes are:
extreme thirst
peeing a lot
feeling cruddy
losing weight
If you begin to have any of those symptoms next check your sugar, it's quick and flowing they can do it right there contained by the Dr office. If your blood sugar (glucose) is everyday then I imagine you need to chomp through more protein, Less processed carbs.
