Embarrased at the doctor !!?

yes this happens as it is subtraction bleeding

What did they do?

Same thing happen to me. I missed a pill and took it the next daytime with that pill and afterwards the next daylight I started my period. I call the doctor's office and they said it be because I missed, but I had missed past in days gone by and this has never happen before. I a short time ago had a CT Scan and I thought possibly that had something to do next to it, but the RN said that it was due to missign the pill.

What if this happen? I NEED HELP :(?

It can happen; you should probably not hold too much more problem once you re-balance your hormone levels. However, if it happen more and more frequently it may be an indicator that you might need to chat to your doctor about switching pills.

What should i do?

Yes, it's possible to spot if you miss a pill to start spotting , but once you start the subsequent cycle of pills, it should resolve itself. It's ok to miss a pill as long as you take 2 pills on the following morning and it's not so specific that you have to pilfer it to the exact hour. As long as you take one a afternoon every day, you'll be fine.

Just get my first period. HELP!?

Absolutely. I've missed my pills sometimes, too and I spot bleed. You might be have something called breakthrough bleeding. If this bleeding last until and through you're sugar pills (the ones that start your period) it is definetly breakthrough bleeding and you should tell your prepscriber roughly it so they can up the dosage or change it to something next to more estrogen. That's what the had to do next to me. I was on Yaz, have breakthrough bleeding with it and they have to give me Yazmin which have 20% more estrogen. 33% of women on lower dose birth control have breakthrough bleeding so it's not something totally serious. Cramping is commonplace during breakthrough. I hope this helps.
