No, because everybody is different.
Some girls still enjoy their hymen which is a sectin of flesh over the vagina. If it isn't broken yet it will break during sex and dispense off some blood.

No, because many babyish women break their hymen during childhood doing things like riding bikes, climbing trees, horseback riding, or using tampons.

no, because sometimes a partner is so wise in have intercourse for the first time... they have a long foreplay. and sometimes girls own do "heavy things" resembling riding bicycles, long jumping, riding horse, etc... sometimes it split the hymen. and it's one of the factors why some women don't bleed. but it doesn't really be a sign of that they're not virgin. sometimes a girl has a glutinous hymen and that's why they don't bleed easily... or not bleed at adjectives.
