well embarassing but wateva...well ive just started using tampons and ive read a; the instuctions that come with it but ive dunn it and it kinda hurts i be wondering if this was normall but for what am i doin wrong?

If you try to insert a tampon just sour to the side of the actual opening, it can be humiliated, but finally slides into place.

If you're using a tampon with a cardboard applicator, sometimes this is mortified and you should use either a plastic applicator or manually inserted tampons.

As someone else said, size could be your problem.
I found tampons feel weird at first, close to they were too glutinous but that was simply not being used to them.

How do I know if I hold got my first time ? Plus there is dark weird bits within the blood :S?
