PCOS and Wieght loss- I've tried everything!!?

I'm 19. I was diagnosed (the dr. aren't really sure- if it is pcos) when I be 16. 2 or 3 months before i be tested I was within marching fastening and wore a wool uniform. and played drums I thought I was going to loose weightiness. I went from 135-165/170 surrounded by 3 months. Nothing had changed. I never ate poorly and The excerise I thought would sustain. Last year I was contained by an intense workout program for 9 months through school: 1 hour 5 days a week. Both cardio and wieght training. None of it come off and my body hefty didn't drop. I've been pretty guarded with what I chomp through and have be trying to excercise. I'm now at 178lbs. Nothin' is arranged.any ideas? what can I do to loose this? Any diet planning that might work?
