ok i no wer the bleeding is coming from (and take it u put the tampon there) and i no how to get hold of it in but the applicator lately wont go contained by i tried small 1's but i can only gget something like a cm of it in please give a hand and i cant use pads in good health ican but i go dance and they just train up twisted

You need to start on the slimmest type you can. Try the ones short the applicator - you have more control over where on earth it goes, and can grain where it's going too.

I would recommend trying Ob tampons. The thing I like about them when I be using tampons is that I didn't have to verbs about cardboard applicators similar to I did with other brands. if you never had any sexual contact it may be a idea why it wount go within, but if you have, consequently maybe you are freshly tense?

Even at 52, I find it difficult to insert them on happening. I have found, once I start insertion, if I verbs in and up on my "belly" muscles, things will "open out up" for me. Just RELAX.
