I would borrow some money for tampons from a friend or borrow tampons from a friend. They simply cost a couple of bucks to somewhere you should be able to find a tampon or two or the money. Check your motor for loose change and you couch and chairs. Also if you live from paycheck to paycheck consider getting guardian, diva or moon cup which is reusable for your period.

I would ask around beside roommates, friends, family, etc, or if you're surrounded by school, I'd speak next to the school nurse.

Otherwise, I'd suggest going to a women's shelter, registering as a woman beside low-income, and seeing if you can get some sanitary supplies (but I'd expect to achieve pads, not tampons). Or you can other fold up a lot of toilet dissertation, and check/change it often.
