It is actually like one big lump give or take a few the size of half of my breast and it almost feels similar to a breast implant, if that makes sense. I also partly white discharge coming out of my nipples, but only sometimes. I do not have any children and am a virgin. I am also not on birth control. Could this be breast cancer?
