DO NOT use tampons when you are not on your period. The tampon soaks up adjectives of your body moisture and can cause toxic shock syndrome. You can DIE from TSS. You should also product sure when you are on your period not to use a tampon beside too much absorbancy.

I personally do insert tampons no business if I have a length or not only when I walk swimming. This is how I protect my vagina from Chlorine in the pool and other nasty stuff. I don't want any sea from the swimming pool to be getting inside. Other than that, why would you want to do it anyway?
