Umm so i have a key odor coming from down there and in that is nothing wrong beside me like have an std or something it just smells really bleak and it is kind of embarrising i dont know what a douche is so if that would lend a hand please define. sustain!

A douche is a saline or vinegar or betadine solution that is inserted into the vagina to hose it out. Occasionally gynecologists recommend betadine douching for certain types of infections - but, taken as a whole, doctors do not recommend any other douching of any kind.
