Tampons?
So do I need to put the super plus up in attendance? and if so, will I leak again? cos am very stocky for the next 3/4 days?
Answers: If you had used a super absorbency tampon for concluding night then i would particularly go with the super plus absorbency and amendment your tampon more frequently .. what i always do is use a tampon and then put a lightdays on my panties a moment ago to make sure that if i do leak that it will be on the pantie liner not my panties .. also if you want to grasp stains out of your panties or (knickers ) soak them in cold water and that will remove the stains satisfactory until you wash them. it helps , also if you are sleeping surrounded by more or later i would suggest using pads at dark just use the overnight ones .. thats what i do i never sleep in a tampon because of this problem i dont want to wake up up to wet sheets or panties and pants.. too much of a mess to verbs up and hate having to attain up and change...Hope that i could help you

I infer you should try using the Super plus tampon. Try to change the tampon more frequently. You probably leaked because you could not amend the tampon during the night. When you use a tampon during the day, you would transform it more frequently which should eliminate leaks. You could possibly use a pantyliner/pad aswell as a tampon at night as this should avoid any bleeding in your knickers.:)

Umm hello? You should NEVER wear a tampon to bed, dont you folks read the instructions?? Ever heard of toxic shock syndrome?? You should change tampons every 4 hours. It does not hold enough absorbancy to take a intact nights bleeding. Get heavy period too but use super night time towels then hold a shower in the morning.What studies are out near that show that abstinance just background works?
Okaii here we go.If it be that bad today then I Would Use a wipe at bed also with the tampon but if you do not like them Super is the passageway to go.
Also to get the stain out Bleach or hot dampen and soke or 1 hour or so.

you need to change the tampon more repeatedly when your flow is that heavy. use a pad as a backup if you dont judge you will wake up to change it.
TRY USING A TAMPON AND PAD AT NIGHT.IF U DONT LIKE PADS,THEN YES I WOULD USE THE SUPER.GOOD LUCK.P.S. SOAK YOUR KNICKERS IN ICE COLD WATER.IT WILL REMOVE THE STAIN:)
try the extra super and also when u travel to bed at night just for the firs few large days, try puttinn a pad in ur knickers as all right.. xo
