I ask because growing up I was told a great deal of things that today people find abnormal! Like the eating segment during your period... When I first get my period I wasn't allowed to chomp through some foods and fruits.. like no bananas, no eggs, no fish, no avocado, only just to name a few. They said (my mom, grandma, aunts) that it be really bad for a girl to munch through those things during her period. I'm of late wondering if anyone else out there does this too or is purely my wacko family! I be set to, my friend told me her mom would encourage her to drink banana's while being on her item and i was told not too! Yes it's funny I know, but i've be doing this for a few years now. Is it really bleak, or my is family a moment ago crazy?!!
