as far as color? You can own periods that alter in color too. Some times they can be bright red and other times it can be more brown.

If you are young, next this is completely normal. Periods are extraordinarily irregular when you first have them. The brown blood is freshly older blood. You will thought it becoming darker towards the finish off of your period. If you are concerned, speak next to your primary care physician.

Can things such as worry, anxiety n stress deferral ur period?

Well, if you are individual thirteen, then I am assuming your period have only really started within former times two years or so.
With it coming and going like that it is probably hormonal change. Your body is just getting used to menstruating. You will not enjoy bright red blood it will be more dark. However, if you have your period and in a minute you are having some brown blood come out, it's probably a moment ago old blood that be not completely shed with your term. You are ovulating now and that probably triggered the blood again. This is commonplace.
Now that you are menstruating, you must keep close track of your cycles so that you know when your interval is due and that you do not become pregnant once you become sexually active.
Once your body settles into it's mundane routine, you will find these incidents of the "breakthrough bleeding" (the brown bleeding you just had) will jump away.
Hope that helps. Talk to your mother or elder sister if you have any more question that are not answered here...but, sounds to me like you are a common, healthy childlike lady and your body is lately finding it's own cycles.
