When i have my extent, is 30 days from when I started or 30 days from when I ended that spell until I start my next one. I newly need to know for my calendar because it other suprise starts on me when I know if it's gonna start. Thanks so much!

Not everyones period is duplicate time from, the avg. is 28 day cycle, I have a 24 day cycle.

Anway you count from the first daytime you start bleeding if you have a 30 daytime cycle count that day as hours of daylight 1 then on year 31 you will start again and day 31 become day 1 again.

It works the other track too but it's best to do it as day one that path when your older and want to enjoy children you will already know how to calculate your most fertile days.
