Have you gone back to doctor or told the doctor? I own had multiple c-sections. I developed adhesion's (when the tissue grows inside while remedial and sticks to the inner walls or other organs). I had to hold them removed surgically 5 times. The main cause, I started trying to workout and work to quickly after surgery. They are probably adhesion's pulling. Its similar to sticking super glue to you fingers, devise of it that way. Your description sounds oh so identifiable! Go see the doctor!

You may enjoy a buildup of scar tissue to be precise causing the problem from any scar. The scar should not still be tender since so long since dates of surgery. My doctor recommended that I purchase a panty girdle and wear while exercising to grant the ab muscles more support. It worked- best advice he could own gave me.

Period quiz women only please?

you should hope medical attention. normally after surgery and c section like that, you are advise to slow down on all aerobics. even though it's be some years since the surgery and c section it can still be rough. your scars unite at an unusual point so yes you'd have to expect some kindly of pain, but to the point where on earth it makes your body progress into convulsions....that doesn't sound well brought-up. best of luck and health to you.
