Has anyone done the body for life programme here?

I'm into the second week of body for existence, look on www.bodyforlife.com if your'e not identifiable. And i can already some results, it's brilliant. I am in the region of one stone overweight and out of condition, so i'm really looking forward to what i can expect when the 3 months are up. Has anyone completed this? what proposal can you make a contribution? be you pleased next to the results, what change did you see?

The problem beside Body for Life (a friend of mine did it for a while) is that ...beside exceptional exceptions, I assume ... what you wrapping up up near is any your progress stalls (because you are truly adjectives your body of high-status nutrients), or once you finish the plan and you shift posterior to a more conventional style of ingestion, you gain your immensity final.

Both of these things happen to my friend. She did great for going on for 5 weeks, next couldn't procure her body to budge! She still stuck it out for the full 3 months, but at the terminate when she approved she didn't want to put away 15 times a hours of daylight (yeah, I know its an exaggeration!), she started to put the immensity stern on.

I'm sorry if this isn't what you needed to hear, and I incontestably don't want to deter or disappoint you, but you asked....
