OK so im on my term and when i turn to sleep i sleep through the dark and when i get up up i stand up to procure out of bed and afterwards a big gush of blood comes out this even happen sometimes when i rouse up within the middle of the hours of darkness .... is this mundane? what should i do to prevent this? and does this ensue to you to?

I reflect on blood is any pooling inside your vagina, orrrrr..... since your cervix just have a small passage, when you're lay down, if a clot blocks the hole, and near isn't adequate gravity bringing up the rear the rest of the blood to push it through, the pool liner continues to shed but can't be paid it's course out of the uterus, until you stand up and it adjectives go to the bottom of the uterus and the substance of it pushes the clot through.

Its a substantial flow and common, mortified and completely typical. Make sure you own an overnight wipe (definately dont use tampons if you hold a hefty flow). It usually indicates a clot. Which again is completely majority - especailly for hefty period. Dont know your age but sometimes the pill can assistance (controlling the flow of period). Good luck, its uncomforatble and if your similar to the rest of us who is sadly "gifted" next to chunky period you enjoy my sympathy.
