Anyone brought their implant seperate to their surgery?

I'm thinking of getting implants I own recently hear ts cheaper if you buy them seperately and then rate for the surgery, has anyone done this? How much be this, do you think it be better?
How many sizes did you travel up and do you think it be worth it?
Any advice much appreciated..

if you get implant dont go any bigger than a d or you will look gross. its not in the region of big boobs anymore, its about looking pure!

hello i have never intuitively had this done as I am 15 years antediluvian and i am a male but I asked my father--- who is a junior plastic surgeon more or less this and he says that it depends on where on earth you get it done. However, he asked me to give an account you that it is quite unsafe to buy your own implant as clinics prefer to use their own implants as they know that they are of a lofty quality and that they come upon safety regulations.
NHS hospitals just use their own implants as they own strict safety rules to stick to. I hope that this help and good luck if you prefer to go ahead beside the surgery.
