Pro: proven anti-oxident, helping to rid your body of the free radical occuring from digestion.
Con: Can be moderately to highly contaminated next to heavy metals s.a. aluminum and organize (esp. if produced in China) due to the processing. Green tea is also a source of copper which can be toxic if you are overloaded next to this mineral. And, unless decaffinated, it contains caffeine, which may affect you adversely.
As far as I know, it does not affect iron levels.
