Hormonal loose change or what?

I don't know what's going on. I have irregular period, horrible acne, and really oily quill. I think it could be a hormonal tuning, but I'm 20. I thought I was done beside adolesence. I'm a virgin, so I can't be pregnant. And I already take birth control for my period (but it is a very low dose). Should I go and get a higher dose of birth control. Please sustain. I'm getting worried.
