Is it signs of breast cancer?

I have a lump lower than my right arm but also somewhat on my breast. It has be there very soon for about a month and hasn't go down. At 1st I thought that it was only my gland swollen due to pms, but it wont go away. It is starting to hurt and be mortified when I put my arm down. I also have something white leak from my breasts. I am not pregnant. I had my tubes tied ending year, and have have my period. Are these signs of breast cancer?

I don't know but with near being so much breast cancer around, I would return with to your doctor right away. I know when I get a mammogram, they ask in the region of discharge, and when they teach you to examine your breast, they recount you to feel for lumps lower than your arm. So don't jump to conclusions but GET IT CHECKED!

Around 2 weeks ago i have the same symptoms and i go to the Dr , my Lymph nodes are swollen and i also had a discharge after an ultrasound she told me i own breast infection , she prescribe Antibiotics for 5 days and Antiflammatory medication i went for a second check up to follow up and the infection is Gone but the Glands are still swollen according to my Ob its will nick time for my glands go backbone to normal size , I would suggest to budge to the Dr it maybe be an infection for you too..

cancer doesnt hurt, but I would let the Doc purloin a look at it.
