HI buddies
i am doing shipment training for 6 days per week.I do cardio for 5 days for 20 minutes each time rigorous after my 40 minutes of weight training.I hold fairly pious definition and shape throughout my body but my stomach is still has belly ,principally starting from my upper stomach immediately beneath my chest.why is this I also do ab exercise for 5 days + within good proper diet.I "ve be in gym for 2 months in a minute.
I am male,5"7,150 pounds,but unbelievably hold a belly.
please tell me why this happen ?how can I overcome this?

Answers:    Also, if you carbo-load, you get really bloated, because the body doesn't digest carbs as powerfully as it does proteins. So stay away from simple sugars, eat lone whole wheat breads and pastas, and if your belly doesn't flatten out, see a doc to experiment for irritable bowel syndrome or some other digestive problem.
Practice sucking your tummy in when you're standing up, and stand straight. It also help when you do some sit ups. Drinking beer gives this concerned of tummy bulge. It is called beer guts. i dream up u posted this in the wrong subdivision...this is womens health
