Is it normal to be irritated down there several days after the first penetration?

Last week my boyfriend penetrated me for the first time. It hurt alot more than I expected which I assume is because of his size and because I had never have sex, but I'm not sure if that's why and will that pain run away? Does the vagina change size once you commence having sex regularly? We didn't hold intercourse, he penetrated a few times only and iddn't shift all the method in, am I still a virgin? Also, several days subsequent I still felt a bit of discomfort and itchiness down there, could that be because in attendance wasn't enough lube? (he be wearing a condom) Like a sort of carpet burn? Then i be checking to see what was wrong and it bled a bit, several days latter...Is this normal? Is the friction why it feel this way? Any tips to avoid this headache again?

Can someone tell me the steps for the Kegel Exercise please.?

OK, you asked profoundly of questions, so I'm going to try and cover everything.

I've be sexually active for almost ten years, and I still win sore and irritated after penetration if I haven't have sex within a month. Lubrication help with that though. That and foreplay. Anyway, the backache will eventually go away.

Vaginas do carry more loose with childbirth, age, and beside heavy sexual stir. This can be improved beside exercises called Kegels. See the association below.

Penetration is intercourse. The act doesn't stipulation to be completed to count. And I define the lose of virginity as one penetrated. So, I would say you aren't a virgin.

The itchiness could be because of a removal of lube. It also could be several other things. If he used his fingers on you at all, it could be a bacterial infection. It could even be a recoil to latex in the condom (I'm allergic to latex). But it is more than potential just experiencing the first time. I HIGHLY recommend visit a doctor for a pap smear if you aren't already. If there's anything wrong next to your uterine or general nouns, an annual test will aid detect that.

The bleeding is interesting. I assume this was your hymen breaking, but I'm not sure, especially if it be several days later. You can bleed from intercourse, but it have to be very rough or extremely dry. From the sounds of it, it be a dry experience.

I highly recommend purchasing a small bottle of lube. It doesn't own to be expensive or embarrassing. But solely buy water-based lube. Oil based will break the condom.

If you have more question, you can e-mail me. :)

Severe Abdominal Pain?

You may want to use kind of lubricant that not single will lubricate, but will also tone and tighten your vagina muscles.
