Can someone tell me the steps for the Kegel Exercise please.?
I need to hold tight muscles and I want to know the steps for the Kegel Exercise to get stronger and tighter muscles down in that thanks eveyone I appreciate adjectives the good help

Start to urinate consequently use your muscles to stop the flow of urine and then release and start urinating again. Do this until you own a feel for what muscles you stipulation to use to stop the flow of urine. You can then do this anytime you want once you know which muscles to tighten.
It's description of like trying to hold have to pee really bad. You own to become familiar near those muscles down there and swot to contract them.

there's nothing much you can do beside working the muscles down there since you're a girl. However, you can sit down close to you were on a toilet and contract the muscles that cause you to stop midstream. Do as many as you can, when you can't contract anymore, it resources your muscles are exhausted and the most you can do for your workout's done
