B cup implant?

I have looked online for sizes. And be once told that the smallest size implant you can bring back is a C cup. That is too big for my liking.
I enjoy had a child and I am not sure of this procedure or not. If I choose to do this it will be when I am done have children and breastfeeding.

I hold worked in plastic surgery for 16 years. We do not dance by A, B, C, or even D cup implants. We travel by cc's or amount of saline (water) that we fill into an slip. It is not true that we won't fill a breast to a B size. It depends on how firm your breast tissue is. If it is firm adequate the physician can keep you at that size. If you skin is too supple though it may be impossible. Find a reputable doctor...most will do a free consultation if you ask for one. Good luck.
