Don't buy. I'm a Pb&J enthusiast and can only stop if I own no access to jelly. don't buy them or chew gum!

Well, I think it's okay to indulge once surrounded by a while!
But if you seriously can't stop eating them.. stop buying them!! Then they wont be so appealing to eat. Also, it might give a hand to go out or do something you relish doing to get your mind rotten of their yumminess! Like going out with friends or some stir you enjoy.

You're addicted to the sugar and should probably make out a decrease within energy when you first start. Stopping cold turkey is strong and you'll crash seriously without some sympathetic of sugar replacement, like gum or a pure fruit juice, peach or nectarine would work resourcefully.
