That's most noticeably a myth. You do have to be more far-sighted when swimming on your period. You can't wear a wipe, it will blow up like a diaper, you necessitate to wear a tampon. But there's no robustness risk in swimming while menstruating.

I don't think it's unpromising for your health, but sometimes when I filch a bath or shower when I am on my extent, my stomach cramps when I get out,and I hear thats becouse the blood flow stops. I have never hear of swimming while haveing your period person bad for your robustness
