What to do on my period?
Well I am 17 years old and I a moment ago started my period yesterday! So far everything is going dutiful! But I just own a lot of question! I really do not have a mom numeral in my time so I thought I would come here and see what advice women worthy give me!
My question...
1) How long does it last?
2) How long after it ends does it start up again?
3) What compassionate of medicine can I rob for my cramps?
4) Is there any where on earth on the internet that I could get a "period" calendar? I share a calendar beside my dad and I do not want him to ask what all the grades are on the calendar. I would like to hold on to track of my period!
Well to be precise all my question for now!! I hope someone can facilitate me here!
If you do know a website for a "period" calendar can you please make sure you remember to put it contained by you answer!
Answers:
in good health congrats!
1. your period last anywhere from 3-9 days.
2. you have your interval around every 28 days, since you just started it could be alot after that or earlier so dont hysterics if your very postponed.
3. midol works wonders with cramps.
4. you could buy any regular calender and engrave a little dot on the date you are supposed to grasp your period.
but maintain in mind since you simply started it could take up to 2 years until your period come on a certain date(aka a regular period) your period could be late up to 1 or 2 months (aka a irregular period)
i hope you help and if you have any other question just ask im here almost everyday!
Is in that such a thing as a phobia just about Pap Smears?
well heres your answer 1. they usually last from 4 to 7 days. 2.it usually starts up again in give or take a few 21 days from your last length 3.you can take tylenol or advil for cramps theres also this piece called mydol for cramps it help with bloating and other stuff to. 4. you could basically go to the dollar store and by for a time calander to keep track and hold on to it in your room. congrats on becoming a women.The normal interval goes for 28 days surrounded by total. That means up to 7 days on and 21 days sour. There are all kind of over the counter medications for cramps try Midtol. As for a calendar, in recent times get one at the store and blotch it with a start date, count 28 days and it would be another start date. However, since you only started your period, it does rob awhile for them to regulate into a regular cycle and some people never enjoy a regular cycle (my sisters was every 3 months, mine be every 28 days like clockwork).
How do you detail the difference between a headache and a migraine?
IT LASTS ANYWHERE FROM 4 TO 7 DAYS, YOUR CYCLE IS EVERY 21 DAYS FROM THE LAST DAY OF YOUR PERIOD, SO ONCE A MONTH, YOU CAN TAKE MIDOL OR JUST ADVIL OR ANY PAIN MEDICATION TO HELP WITH THE CRAMPS, EXERCISING HELPS WITH THAT TOO1) Lasts for 3-7 days. Mine go 6.
2) The average cycle is 28 days. (This can vary by a few days any way. Everyone is different.) You count from the light of day your period starts, to the subsequent time it starts. So, you might have your extent for a week, then enjoy three weeks of "down-time" before your subsequent one starts.
3) Medicine to take for cramps...Ibuprofin or any other anti-inflammatory. Some relations like Tylenol. Try different things.
4) Period Calendar. It would probably be easier to a short time ago buy your own calendar for your bedroom or print one off from Microsoft Word. I remember when I started my extent I was mortified that they required me to write it on the calendar. I was adjectives, "HEY EVERYBODY, I'M ON MY PERIOD TODAY!". Later on I realized that I didn't necessarily own to write that I was on my time of year. I just put a tiny dot on the days I'm on. Nobody know what the dot is, and nobody really cares.
Hope this help! Good luck!
Does anyone here frequently find their LYMPH NODES swell in their groin?
Well, period is different for women but it is between 4-7 days. and it will start again three weeks after the extent ends. but in girls who have just started interval we can not say an exact time. It may even start again two months after that. I be the same when my extent started. and u can take some pills resembling Acetaminophen and Advil for pain.Congratulations on moving into womanhood!! It's knotty to tell how long it will later. Most often period last 4-7 days. "Normal" would anticipate that in 28 days after the first day of your length you will start again, but that is not other the case. You may own them more often or smaller amount, since you have purely started. You always want to hold track of the first day of your length and begin your count from in attendance! You can try Ibuprofen for the cramping, also over the counter you can get Midol. That seem to work well. If you walk to kotex.com, you can get a length calendar on their website to print off and gross copies of! I hope this helps you out.
IS IT OKAY TO EAT JUNK FOOD WHILE YOU ARE ON YOUR PERIOD?
Congratulations.You don't want to find a calendar. You can get a calendar anywhere and sucker it manually. Keep it in your dresser, if you close to.
How long any woman's period last, and how long her cycle lasts, is genetically determined, so not a soul can tell you.
You won't necessarily experience cramps, but if you do, ibuprofen works extremely well. However, you really should speak near your pharmacist before purchasing any over the counter med.
Do you hold an older sister or cousin? Perhaps an aunt you can have a word with? A don whom you trust? A friend's mother whom you trust? Chose one of them and talk beside them. They've all be there and can be a great serve to you.
And tell your father. Look, he know you're 17, and he knows you're growing up. He may hold a bit of trouble at times thinking of you as being 17, beside everything that that entails, but after again, he'll have only just as much trouble, sometimes, realizing that you are 27, 37, etc. In a mode, you will always be that newborn daughter, but he he know you're not. Part of him want to keep you young-looking and dependent on him for the rest of his life, but a larger, a much larger part of the pack of him wants you to grow up customarily, to become a grown woman of whom is can be proud, to become a wife and a mother, etc. That's what all parents want for their children. Let him within on this. He'll be more than OK with it. It's only just a strange thing for him - after adjectives he had a partner, your mother, so he know that cycles happen.
One more point. It will take your body a few years to adjust to this topical role, so don't expect your cycle to be regular for some time yet.
I don't hold any links to sites about menstruation (personally, I'm more interested in information on menopause), but I hold a long list of other links that you involve to have, beside information that you need to know. Please avail yourself of adjectives of these. You many not want some of this information now, but you will and possibly in just a few months. Also, most GYN problems can be handle quite very well by a gp, and if your family doctor can't feel something s/he will refer youto a GYN. You don't have to walk running to a specialist for everything that you might think is a problem.
First of adjectives, check out www.beinggirl.com ... it's a terrific website and it helped me through profoundly of bodily issues such as my first period. As far as it's length, largely it lasts from 3-7 days (mine is closer to 7). Right after you find your first period, it's usually not going to stay regular (like every 28 days). I would formulate sure for the first few cycles to wear a light wipe just contained by case. But usually, it'll start up again 28 days from when your closing one started. For a calendar, you could maybe merge the following website http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/tour/onli... ...hopefully this helps! Congrats!
GIRLS: cross-question about things we gain once a month..?
Hey congrats!1) your period usually last 4-6 days...they may be a bit longer. (mine are 4 days with the 5th fundamentally light)
2) It usually starts up again after 21 days. Everyone is different though, some woman have irregular period and when you just catch it, it usually takes it's time to draw from a steady rhythm.
3) You can just ask for a niggle killer for menstrual cramps - that works for me.tea (not black) help a lot to sooth it, so does a moment or two walk. I know it can totally lately knock you off your foot but excersice helps. Also a hot hose down bottle at night (or during the day) is aah handsome.
4) You should just buy yourself a small calendar for this or sap it down on your email calendar.
I have somewhat dark red book be I keep track of mine. I a short time ago write down the date it arrives -> the dates it ends and at the end of the strip I write how many days be in between respectively period (21).
Like this - exactly.haha
Jan.15th -> Jan.19th (20)
Feb.11th -> Feb.15th (22)
Mar.10th -> Mar.15th (22)
Apr.5th -> Apr.10th (20)
I own a regular period.
Very simple.
It'll probably come again the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of may..
Good luck!
